No probs jmar...the meeting took place on Thursday and we discussed in detail how the changes had affected our player base and the issues this had caused. They were investigating the options available under this new system and I expect to hear something over the next 24 hours.

As soon as I get any info I will post in this thread and update everyone accordingly.

It`s been 17 days since this thread was started and still have no answer as to what is going on.
I spoke to Genting online support last night and have ascertained that if i am not a member of the players club ,i can revert to genting giving me my I points.
As this seems like a better option than not getting any points at all. I would like to resign my membership of the players club forthwith, and would appreciate it if you could inform Genting of this fact.
This is not a personal dig at you or AWOP Al ( and may not be the best idea for others )just a better option for me,

Hi Corona...In order to confirm anything for you my friend we'll need some details of you. If you could send your name, Genting Player Alias and email address to [email protected] Ally will get back to you as soon as she's had a look through the backend. If your not there's no need to panic as it's easy enough to sort out.

All payment have now been made with the exception of 2. I will be in touch with Beano and The 1 and only Phoenix' during the course of the day to sort out the problems I have with yours.

The monies that have gone into your account today have been reached like this...Total rake (inc cash and tourney) minus any bonuses paid out by Genting last month(redeemed IPoints etc etc). Each remeemed IPoint has a monetary value of 1/2p) The backend system used by IPoker is all in $'s so we've converted that to £'s deducted any bonuses paid and issued 10% of that figure so as an example.

Joe Blogs has raked $46.84 on cash and $83.60 in tournament fees totalling $130.44 He has redeemed 3600 IPoints which equates to £18

$130.44 converted at current ex rate of 1.627 is £80.17.

Joe has raked £80.17 total and redeemed £18 worth of points leaving a total of £62.17 of which we award 10%(£6.22) so Joe has been awarded £7 today. This month has been rounded up to the nearest £, next month will be rounded down.

Are you adding my Genting points to my club total? I have my 10 stars.

Your Player Club Points are a total of those earned thru your play and those won in any Player Club Tournament. There is no crossover from any points you may have accrued before transferring into The Players Club. Hope thios answers your question.
