Quick update......the December stats have been confirmed but yet again the statement has been affected by charges which should not apply. Having highlighted the charges which amount to around 30% of the totals across the board I asked for these to be corrected and the true balance to be confirmed. I was informed this would be corrected but after a 48 hour wait nothing has been confirmed.
Until this happens I cannot issue the month ends up to the end of the year.
As soon as I have this resolved I will PM everyone their details....sorry for the delay.
