Genting help please.

I signed up to Genting poker in order to work off the £400 welcome bonus , after several weeks of playing i noticed i was not recieving my £400 in small chunks or any other benefits. Upon communication with Genting customer support they told me i was not entitled to any bonuses and i should contact AWOP.

What benefits can AWOP give me , and is it as good or better than the normal rakeback offered ?

Is it possible to relinquish my Genting membership and set up a new account so i can get the £400 welcome bonus ?

Also what benefit is 10 stars ? I know in McDonalds you get an extra 15p per hour for 10 stars , but online how do i benefit from 10 stars ?
